Abstract

Human trafficking (perdagangan manusia) saat ini telah menjadi salah satu masalah global, dan telah dimaksukan sebagai salah satu bentuk kejahatan lintas negara (transnational crime), yang teroganisir secara rapi (organized crime) dan terjadi di seluruh dunia.

Permasalahan perdagangan manusia (TPPO) menjadi perhatian semua pihak. Dunia internasional pun menaruh perhatian dengan dibentuknya organisasi internasional, seperti IOM, demikian juga Non Government Organization (NGO) tumbuh di negara berkembang yang sangat peduli terhadap masalah kemanusian ini.
