Tingkat Kepercayaan Masyarakat Terhadap Kinerja Polri
Abstract
Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) sebagai pelindung, pengayom dan pelayan masyarakat, pemelihara keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat serta penegak hukum tidak pernah lepas dari sorotan penilaian masyarakat. Baik buruknya Polri lebih dominan ditentukan oleh penilaian masyarakat. Baik buruknya penilaian masyarakat terhadap Polri dipengaruhi oleh tinggi rendahnya kesenjangan (gap) antara harapan masyarakat dengan kenyataan layanan kepolisian yang diterimanya atau diperspektifkannya. Penilaian masyarakat terhadap kinerja Polri juga dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri.
