This scientific research journal is a reference source for experts, academics, practitioners, or anyone interested in discussing and writing while communicating their ideas and thoughts with the public on all matters related to improving better police performance. Jurnal Litbang Polri is published in print edition p-ISSN: 1411-3813, and online edition e-ISSN: 2684-7191.
Jurnal Litbang Polri is a scientific journal published by the Research and Development Center of the Indonesian National Police.
This journal is published regularly in April, August, and December. The editorial team invites authors to contribute by submitting manuscripts in either Indonesian or English. Approved manuscripts ready for publication will also be regularly published on the website (as early view) and the hardcopy version will be distributed at the end of each period.
Focus and Scope
Jurnal Litbang POLRI is a journal that contains scientific manuscripts from researchers, academics, and practitioners, in the form of research results, literature reviews, and/or other forms of scientific writing, which specifically examine the field of policing including the following:

Current Issue
The Litbang Polri Journal Volume 28 Number 2 of 2025 presents six articles discussing the role of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) in developing students’ soft skills through scouting activities, handling violence against women and children, evaluating the digital-based recruitment system, and a juridical review of cybercrime. In addition, this issue includes studies on the influence of education on career development at the Police Academy, as well as an analysis of the relationship between education level, work discipline, and the performance of Litbang Polri personnel.
