Abstract

Kemampuan manajerial kepemimpinan merupakan kebutuhan utama dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan. Salah satu faktor yang mendukung kemampuan kepemimpinan adalah mampu mengelola manajemen sumber daya organisasi secara baik. Sehingga cukup alasan bahwa upaya peningkatan kemampuan kepemimpinan dan Kapolsek menjadi program kegiatan prioritas yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, agar pengelolaan organisasi khususnya Satuan Polsek menjadi lebih baik dan efektif.
