Abstract
Polri sebagai alat negara penegak hukum, pelindung, pengayom dan pelayan masyarakat, dalam menjalankan tugasnya perlu didukung sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, sesuai dengan fungsi dan kebutuhan tugas, serta terukur dalam operasionalisasinya. Dalam pelaksanaan pemeliharaan Kamtibmas dan pengamanan unjuk rasa yang dilakukan oleh Satuan PHH Polri diperlukan peralatan PHH yang telah sesuai standar Polri. Baik itu dilihat dari kemampuan maupun kenyamanan dalam penggunaan.
