Abstract

Lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan dan integrasi nasional sebagai bagian dari upaya memajukan kesejahteraan umum, sebagaimana diamanatkan oleh Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Karena perannya yang begitu besar maka keberadaan kendaraan bermotor merupakan keniscayaan bagi masyarakat.
